With aromatic spices and nourishing quinoa, our spiced quinoa porridge recipe is made with MILKLAB Lactose Free and poached pears for a balanced, delicious breakfast.
Combine water, cinnamon, vanilla, star anise and cloves in a saucepan over medium heat and simmer.
Add quinoa and simmer for 12 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
Add MILKLAB® Lactose Free, honey and almond meal, stir to combine and remove from heat.
Top with poached pears and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, or other desired toppings.
