Every day, baristas turn milk into magic, one perfect pour at a time. MILKLAB is made with baristas, so this year we're doing something for baristas: putting $10,000 in the hands of one deserving barista or café, every single month.
No fine print, no gimmicks, just Australia's greatest tip, going to Australia's greatest talent. Find out this month's theme, and show us what you've got, get creative!
This Month's Theme
Every month brings a new theme to bring to life in your video. Nail it, post it, tag it, and you could be this month's $10,000 winner.
THIS MONTH'S THEME: MILKLAB ALMOND
Not sure where to start? Try one of these:
- Show off your signature MILKLAB Almond creation, whether it's a coffee, a matcha, or something totally your own.
- Share your best froth hack: temperature, pouring technique, jug angle, whatever gets you that silky microfoam.
- Do a quick taste test or reaction video comparing MILKLAB Almond in different drinks.
- Film a "day in the life" behind the machine, with MILKLAB Almond as the star of every order.
- Get your regulars involved: ask a customer to try your almond creation on camera and capture their reaction.

The MILKLAB team reviews all eligible entries each month and selects one winner based on creativity, theme relevance, and overall vibe.

When will I know if I've won?
The winner will be announced on or around seven days after the end of each Monthly Judging Round on MILKLAB’s social media platforms.
