Usage

What temperature should I heat plant-based milk to?

Prior to heating, we recommend that you chill the pack. Chilling our milk prior to use provides you with a longer time to texture the milk before it reaches optimal temperature. As plant-based milk typically has a slightly lower recommend serving temperatures you have less time to create perfect milk. When heating, we recommend to stretch (let the air into) your plant-based milk until around about 40 degrees Celsius. Then take it up to 55–60 degrees Celsius, and avoid further stretching (letting any more air into milk).

Can I freeze my MILKLAB?

No. Freezing MILKLAB can cause the product to separate irregularly and this greatly reduces the visual quality and consistency of the product upon thawing.

Can MILKLAB be used in cooking?

MILKLAB is primarily used as milk for coffee, however you can use MILKLAB in cooking to replace milk or similar in most recipes. If you're looking for recipe inspo, we've got plenty of delicious options to explore here.
