The MILKLAB Barista Battle is back for 2024! You asked for it - this year, we’re taking things online and opening the callout to ALL Aussie baristas no matter how far and how many baristas can enter. Enter the ultimate latte art smackdown and compete to win $5,000.

How does the Online MILKLAB Barista Battle work?

  1. Take a video of you doing your finest latte art pour using any MILKLAB milk no cuts, no edits!
  2. Upload it to Instagram or TikTok between 18th March - 14th April
  3. Tag @milklabco and #MILKLAB2024BaristaBattle in your post and let us know what state you’re from

From there a state winner will be picked and flown to Melbourne to compete at the MILKLAB Barista Battle National Finals, held at the Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE)!

Rules

Prizes 🏆

  • 7 State winners will win a double pass to the Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE), return flights and accommodation to Melbourne for you and a mate for 4 nights.
    ∘ VIC winner will receive a $500 VISA gift card in lieu of flights and accommodation.
  • National winner will win $5,000 cash prize and an opportunity to become a MILKLAB Master Barista!
  • 10 runner-up winners will win a MILKLAB merch pack for the most unique and creative submissions - it’s time to let your creativity fly!
