  • 1 cup MILKLAB® Soy
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup almonds, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Combine oats and MILKLAB® Soy, and cook over medium heat until bubbling.
  2. Turn down heat and mix in mashed banana, cocoa, cinnamon and almonds.
  3. Simmer until thick and creamy.
  4. Top with figs and chocolate curls if desired.
