Chocolate Porridge

Ingredients
- 1 cup MILKLAB® Soy
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup almonds, roughly chopped
Method
- Combine oats and MILKLAB® Soy, and cook over medium heat until bubbling.
- Turn down heat and mix in mashed banana, cocoa, cinnamon and almonds.
- Simmer until thick and creamy.
- Top with figs and chocolate curls if desired.
