- 200mL MILKLAB® Lactose Free
- ½ small banana (frozen)
- ½ ripe avocado
- 125g fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1½ tbsp lime juice
- ½ tbsp honey
- A drop vanilla extract
- A pinch of nutmeg plus extra to garnish
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Garnish with ground nutmeg.
