  • 250mL MILKLAB® Macadamia
  • 1 medium banana (frozen)
  • 1 small carrot
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • A pinch ground cinnamon
  • A pinch black pepper
  • A pinch ground nutmeg plus extra to garnish

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Garnish with ground nutmeg.
