  • ½ cup MILKLAB® Almond
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup waterPinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ⅓ cup cooked chickpeas
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced

Method

  1. Combine oats, water, MILKLAB® Almond, salt and pepper in a saucepan and bring to boil.
  2. Reduce to a simmer then stir through kale until wilted.
  3. Add turmeric and cook further until oats thicken, then add yeast flakes.
  4. Top with chickpeas, almonds and green onions.
