Banana, Oat and Raspberry Bread

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup MILKLAB® Lactose Free
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 110g unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 4ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and line a20cm loaf tin.
- Sift flour and bicarbonate of soda and set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, banana, MILKLAB® Lactose Free, vanilla and mix well.
- Gently fold in flour, then add raspberries(reserving a few for the top) and oats.
- Spoon into the prepared loaf tin (place remaining raspberries on top).
- Bake in oven for 1 hour.
- Rest in tin for 10 minutes before removing.
