Ingredients

  • 2 cups MILKLAB® Dairy
  • 2 cups water
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 cup cornflour
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 115g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can corn kernels
  • 3 green onions, finely sliced

Method

  1. Combine MILKLAB® Dairy, water and salt in a saucepan over medium heat and boil.Gradually add cornflour and whisk.
  2. Lower heat and cover, whisking every3-4 minutes to prevent lumps. Cook for20 minutes until creamy and thick.
  3. Remove from the heat, add salt, pepper and butter, and mix through.
  4. Once butter has melted, add cheese and whisk through then top with extra cheese, corn kernels and green onions.
