This refreshing berry shake recipe swaps dairy milk for MILKLAB Soy, with creamy vanilla yoghurt, frozen berries and a scoop of sorbet.

  • 125ml MILKLAB® Soy
  • 80g vanilla soy yoghurt
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries, partially thawed
  • 1 small scoop berry sorbet

Method

  1. Blend milk, yoghurt and berries together until smooth.
  2. Top with berry sorbet
