Ingredients

  • Double espresso shot
  • 30g mascarpone
  • 20g vanilla syrup
  • 180mL MILKLAB Oat
  • Chocolate powder (for dusting)
  • 1 ladyfinger biscuit (for serving or dipping)

Method

  1. Pull a double espresso shot directly over the vanilla syrup into a cup.
  2. Steam MILKLAB Oat and mascarpone together in a milk jug until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour steamed milk over the espresso.
  4. Dust with chocolate powder on top.
  5. Serve with a ladyfinger biscuit on the side, or on top or for dipping.
