Macadamia French Hot Chocolate

- 250ml MILKLAB Macadamia
- Macadamia Nuts
- 40g espresso
- 250g 70% dark chocolate
- Cream (optional)
Method
- In a small pot heat up 250mL of MILKLAB Macadamia. You don’t want to let it boil, and take it off the heat once small bubbles start to appear.
- Chop up 250g of dark chocolate into small pieces.
- Heat up a double boiler, or place a metal/glass bowl over a pot with lightly simmering water. Place the chocolate in the bowl above and continuously stir until completely melted.
- Once melted slowly incorporate the MILKLAB Macadamia, and whisk ingredients together until smooth.
- Serve in a glass and shave some macadamia nuts over the top.
- OPTIONAL: French hot chocolate pairs perfectly with whipped cream. You can add a dollop to each cup.
