In a small pot heat up 250mL of MILKLAB Macadamia. You don’t want to let it boil, and take it off the heat once small bubbles start to appear.
Chop up 250g of dark chocolate into small pieces.
Heat up a double boiler, or place a metal/glass bowl over a pot with lightly simmering water. Place the chocolate in the bowl above and continuously stir until completely melted.
Once melted slowly incorporate the MILKLAB Macadamia, and whisk ingredients together until smooth.
Serve in a glass and shave some macadamia nuts over the top.
OPTIONAL: French hot chocolate pairs perfectly with whipped cream. You can add a dollop to each cup.
