If there's one drink that screams summer, it's this one. This drink nails the balance of creamy coconut, fresh pineapple, and just the right hit of rum.


MILKLAB Coconut is what makes this work. It's rich and tropical while also letting the pineapple shine through while still giving you that signature colada creaminess. Whether you shake it over ice for a lighter, brighter vibe or blend it smooth for full-on island mode, this drink delivers every time.
Perfect for poolside hangs, backyard gatherings, or honestly just pretending you're somewhere warmer than you actually are.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml White Rum
  • 15 ml Malibu (Coconut Rum Liqueur)
  • 90 ml MILKLAB Coconut
  • 90 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ice

Method

Shaken:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Pour over fresh crushed ice in a tall glass.

Blended:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender with a cup of crushed ice.
  2. Blend until just smooth.
  3. Pour into a chilled hurricane or highball glass.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge or frond and a cherry. Optional: sprinkle with toasted coconut for extra tropical points.

Pro tip: If your pineapple is super tart, add 5–10 ml simple syrup to balance it out.
