Mango Matcha

Ingredients
- 40mL mango puree
- 200mL MILKLAB Oat
- 4g matcha
- 40g 80°C water
- 10mL vanilla syrup
Method
- Pour mango puree to the bottom of the glass.
- Fill glass with ice to just below the rim.
- Slowly pour MILKLAB Oat over ice.
- Whisk sieved matcha with hot water until fully dissolved.
- Add vanilla syrup to the matcha, then slowly pour over a spoon to float atop the milk.
HOT TIP - To elevate the drink, puree fresh or frozen mango instead!
