Ingredients

  • 40mL mango puree
  • 200mL MILKLAB Oat
  • 4g matcha
  • 40g 80°C water
  • 10mL vanilla syrup

Method

  1. Pour mango puree to the bottom of the glass.
  2. Fill glass with ice to just below the rim.
  3. Slowly pour MILKLAB Oat over ice.
  4. Whisk sieved matcha with hot water until fully dissolved.
  5. Add vanilla syrup to the matcha, then slowly pour over a spoon to float atop the milk.

HOT TIP - To elevate the drink, puree fresh or frozen mango instead!
