- 1 cup MILKLAB Oat
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- Sliced strawberries to garnish
- Crushed peanuts to garnish
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend into a smoothie.
- Decorate a glass or cup with a spread of peanut butter on the inside and pour the smoothie into the cup.
- Garnish the top with strawberries, crushed peanuts, and extra peanut butter if you like.
