Ingredients

  • 20g Biscoff® spread
  • 10mL vanilla syrup
  • Double espresso shot
  • 180mL MILKLAB Oat
  • 1 Biscoff® cookie (optional, for garnish)

Method

  1. Spoon Biscoff® spread into a cup.
  2. Pull a double espresso shot directly over the Biscoff®, letting the heat melt it.
  3. Swirl the cup to mix the espresso and Biscoff® into a smooth base.
  4. Steam MILKLAB Oat until silky, then pour it over the espresso mixture.
  5. Serve with a Biscoff® cookie on top for dunking (Optional, crumble some on top).
