Cacao and Peanut Butter Layered Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup MILKLAB® Soy Milk
  • 2 dates
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/2 tablespoons cacao
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method

  1. Slice four pieces of banana and place on the inside of cup, place into freezer for a few minutes.
  2. Blend milk, dates, bananas, coconut and tahini until thick and smooth.
  3. Pour half of mixture out into separate cup, add 1 tablespoon cacao and blend again.
  4. Pour the two different mixtures into cup alternatively to create layers.
  5. Garnish with remaining slices of banana and a piece of chocolate.
  6. Melt coconut oil and stir in remaining cacao powder and drizzle over top to finish.
