Cacao and Peanut Butter Layered Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup MILKLAB® Soy Milk
- 2 dates
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 tablespoons cacao
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Method
- Slice four pieces of banana and place on the inside of cup, place into freezer for a few minutes.
- Blend milk, dates, bananas, coconut and tahini until thick and smooth.
- Pour half of mixture out into separate cup, add 1 tablespoon cacao and blend again.
- Pour the two different mixtures into cup alternatively to create layers.
- Garnish with remaining slices of banana and a piece of chocolate.
- Melt coconut oil and stir in remaining cacao powder and drizzle over top to finish.
