Ingredients
- 30 ml Cognac
- 15 ml Almond Liqueur (Amaretto)
- 60 ml MILKLAB Almond
- 2 dashes Chocolate or Aromatic Bitters
- Tiny pinch of Sea Salt
- Ice
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice.
- Shake hard for 10–12 seconds — you want it cold and silky.
- Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a toasted almond (or orange twist if you're feeling fancy).
