MILKLAB Nutcracker

MILKLAB Nutcracker

Recipe by:
Danny Andrade
MILKLAB Nutcracker
Serving Size:
1
Prep Time:
5 minutes

This one's for the grown-ups. The Nutcracker is smooth, sophisticated, and dangerously easy to drink — think toasted almonds, warm spice, and that rich, silky feel that only comes from MILKLAB Almond.

‍
MILKLAB Almond brings a natural nuttiness that doesn't just sit in the background — it works with the cognac and amaretto to create something that feels indulgent without being heavy. The chocolate bitters and tiny pinch of sea salt? They're the secret moves that make the almond flavor really sing.
Perfect for after dinner, late-night conversations, or any time you want something a little more elegant than your standard pour.

‍

Made with

Almond

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Cognac
  • 15 ml Almond Liqueur (Amaretto)
  • 60 ml MILKLAB Almond
  • 2 dashes Chocolate or Aromatic Bitters
  • Tiny pinch of Sea Salt
  • Ice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10–12 seconds — you want it cold and silky.
  3. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a toasted almond (or orange twist if you're feeling fancy).

‍

Pro tip: Add a shot of espresso and skip the bitters for a mocha vibe.
