  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • Ice
  • MILKLAB Oat

Method

  1. Get your matcha right. Sieve matcha into a bowl, add 80°C water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
  2. Build your base. Fill your glass with ice, pour in cold MILKLAB Oat, leaving room at the top.
  3. Create the magic. Slowly pour your whisked matcha over the back of a spoon to create that Instagram-worthy layered effect. Or just pour it straight in - tastes just as good.

TIP – Can be enjoyed hot, just skip the ice, steam your MILKLAB Oat and pour over your matcha mixture.
