Ingredients

150mL MILKLAB CHILLED Coconut
20g taro powder
20mL muscovado syrup
5g matcha powder
Ice

Method

Mix together MILKLAB CHILLED Coconut, taro powder and dark muscovado syrup.
Whisk matcha with 40mL hot water.
Fill a cup with ice and layer over matcha and then the taro coconut blend.

TIP – muscovado syrup can be substituted with sugar syrup or brown sugar syrup depending on what’s available.
