Taro Coconut Matcha

Ingredients
- 150mL MILKLAB CHILLED Coconut
- 20g taro powder
- 20mL muscovado syrup
- 5g matcha powder
- Ice
Method
- Mix together MILKLAB CHILLED Coconut, taro powder and dark muscovado syrup.
- Whisk matcha with 40mL hot water.
- Fill a cup with ice and layer over matcha and then the taro coconut blend.
TIP – muscovado syrup can be substituted with sugar syrup or brown sugar syrup depending on what’s available.
