Ingredients

  • 150mL MILKLAB CHILLED Coconut
  • 20g taro powder
  • 20mL muscovado syrup
  • 5g matcha powder
  • Ice

Method

  1. Mix together MILKLAB CHILLED Coconut, taro powder and dark muscovado syrup.
  2. Whisk matcha with 40mL hot water.
  3. Fill a cup with ice and layer over matcha and then the taro coconut blend.

TIP – muscovado syrup can be substituted with sugar syrup or brown sugar syrup depending on what’s available.
