Ingredients

  • Ube syrup
  • 200mL MILKLAB Oat
  • 2g matcha
  • 10mL vanilla syrup
  • 40g 80°C water

Method

  1. Mix ube syrup with 20g water or milk until smooth. Pour into the bottom of the cup.
  2. Fill the glass with ice to just below the rim.
  3. Slowly pour MILKLAB Oat to layer above the ube.
  4. Whisk matcha with water until fully dissolved. Add vanilla syrup.
  5. Then slowly pour over the spoon to float atop the milk.

HOT TIP - Ube comes in a variety of formats (powder and syrups), so follow as per directed on product for exact quantities.
