- Mix ube syrup with 20g water or milk until smooth. Pour into the bottom of the cup.
- Fill the glass with ice to just below the rim.
- Slowly pour MILKLAB Oat to layer above the ube.
- Whisk matcha with water until fully dissolved. Add vanilla syrup.
- Then slowly pour over the spoon to float atop the milk.
